Refund Policy for ElecSys Lab Products

 

At ElecSys Lab, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. Below is our refund and return policy.

 

30-Day Return Policy

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for ElecSys Lab products.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

 

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required.

 

To start a return, please email us at admin@elecsyslab.co.nz. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

 

Important: Products sent back without prior approval may not be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Products

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately at admin@elecsyslab.co.nz. We’ll work quickly to evaluate and resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Products

 

The following ElecSys Lab products are not eligible for return:

 

Custom-built systems or components tailored to your specifications.

Clearance or sale items.

Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.

Exchanges

 

To exchange a product:

 

Submit a return request following our return process.

Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected by your bank or payment provider.
