Delivery Addresses
Goods cannot be delivered to a PO Box using express courier services. If shipping to a PO Box, select standard delivery during checkout.
For security purposes, we do not authorize couriers to leave deliveries unattended at the delivery location.
Parcel Lockers
We deliver to parcel lockers across New Zealand. Please provide accurate locker details during checkout to ensure proper delivery.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Deliveries
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your shipment arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days at admin@elecsyslab.co.nz.
Include a description and photos of the issue.
Lost Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost, contact us promptly. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
If delivery cannot be completed, we will provide a replacement or refund as required under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Non-Deliverable or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Be available to receive or collect your package during the specified timeframe.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at admin@elecsyslab.co.nz.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed or dispatched.
International Deliveries
For international orders, we will provide a quote for delivery charges based on the destination, order size, and weight. Delivery times and customs processing may vary.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
